Whether you're learning to manage your past, your present or their effects on your future, individual counselling is a safe place to look at and explore the things, events or experiences that get in the way of getting what you want.

EMDR Counselling

​

EMDR is often used with anxiety, depression, immediate trauma (car accidents, crime victim or witness), historical trauma (sexual assault, childhood trauma, developmental trauma) as well as adjusting to circumstances and learning about how what we believe about ourselves impacts how we live our lives.  For general information on EMDR see HERE.  For information on EMDR for PTSD click HERE

EMDR Intensives

 

 EMDR intensives are a great way to accelerate your recovery.  By increasing the amount of time processing your target, you prevent extending your work over multiple sessions or weeks.  Intensives are offered in 4 or 6 hr days and can be planned over successive days.  This is also a great choice for clients who do most of their work online but are ready to do a significant piece in person.  See HERE for more information.  Intensives are scheduled by assessment only.
