Who I Am

​

As someone who was born and raised in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, I know firsthand how wonderful this place can be. But I also understand the unique challenges that come with living here—whether it's the pressures of modern life, navigating relationships or jobs, and the feeling of isolation.

My Approach to Therapy

 

I combine warmth, compassion, and gentle challenge to help you face and overcome the obstacles standing in your way. I use a blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps individuals and couples rebuild emotional bonds, eclectic psychodynamic approaches, to uncover the roots of emotional distress, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process trauma and negative experiences. Together, these methods create a healing space where you can transform your past and move forward with greater resilience.
