How do I know if you are right for me?

That's a really good and common question. Choosing a therapist is a very important decision, as you want to find someone who meets your needs, you feel comfortable around and who makes you feel safe and heard. Email me to set up a 10m phone call to see if I'm someone you'd like to work with.

What are your fees, and how do I pay?

I offer direct billing for CVAP, Metis Nation Counselling (MNBC) and Veteran's Affairs. I am also a provider with Arete, Humanacare & Walmsley EFAPs.

My rates are within the recommended rate set by the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association

Sessions are

$140 per 50m session
$190 per 90m session
$310 per EMDR block (minimum 2, assessment required)
$140 per Online 50m session
$190 per Online 90m session

Payment is accepted by cash, cheque or e-transfer. Payment is required at time of service.

I'm from out of town or want to do more work at once?

Good question. Sometimes you will be looking for counselling outside of your area or you want to get a lot done in a short time. Booking extended sessions, online phone or video sessions as wells as blocked or full day appointments are possible. (Assessments may be required for EMDR). We will work together to determine what works best for you.
